Our 8 MaBella House Rules

Check-in/Check-out details

1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out must be by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will incur a fee of 500 THB per hour. Loud noise outside the house is not permitted after 10:00 PM as it is illegal (singing karaoke all night with the door closed to prevent the noise from escaping).

2. Please clean the kitchen appliances and stove after use. We offer a maid service for 1,200 baht if you are unable to do so.

3. A security deposit of 3,000 THB is required upon booking, along with a copy of your ID card. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damages are found.

4. We reserve the right to cancel your stay and hold the booking if the number of guests exceeds the agreed number.

5. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, there are no refunds or changes to the booking date.

6. Please take good care of your valuables. Do not leave valuables unattended, lock the room door before leaving, and check your valuables before checking out. We are not responsible for lost items.

facilities

1. We will provide towels according to the number of guests. However, guests must bring their own personal toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.

2. We will have an electric barbecue grill and ice buckets available (ice can be purchased at 7-11).

3. Karaoke is free to use. We apologize in advance for any technical issues that may prevent it from being used.

4. We will not be serving breakfast, lunch or dinner.

5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or property and agree to cover the cost of repairs and replacements.

Prohibitions and fines

1. No amplification equipment is allowed outside the house and only use the amplification equipment provided by us.

2. Moving furniture, speakers, tables, cabinets, beds, chairs, or sofas (except kitchen items) is not permitted. Any movement or damage will incur a fine of at least 3,000 baht.

3. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or property and agree to cover the cost of repairs and replacements.

4. Jumping into the swimming pool is not allowed because it is very dangerous.

5. The fine is 1,000 baht per key and 1,500 baht per door remote.

6. Please do not consume food or drinks in the swimming pool. A fine of 3,000 baht will be charged if food scraps or changes in water conditions are found.

7. Pets are not allowed inside the home. A fine of 3,000 baht will be charged for any pets brought in.

8. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A fine of 3,000 baht will be charged if cigarette smoke or the smell of cigarette smoke is found.

9. In the event of a fight or a complaint reported to the police regarding inappropriate behavior, the guest must check out immediately.

10. Drugs and illegal substances are prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
